To really appreciate the staging for this, you need to see the transition into the next song. While the band is going into the suitcase and Peter walks with it to the round end of the stage, the crew is lowering all their instruments under the square end of the stage and shuttling everything to underneath the round stage. When the dome lowers on Peter, all the instruments are then raised up onto the stage, the band gets in place and the dome rises for the start of the next song. Fantastic concert!

Stunning concert. I love this. One of my all time favourite performances of anything by anyone is 'In your eye's' From this concert.

Yeah, great concert. You should watch the whole thing...amazing! The Secret World album is about the break-up of a marriage. "Come Talk to Me", "Kiss that Frog", "Secret World". The studio version of "Washing of the Waters (River)" is an amazing display of Peter Gabriels vocal talents.

The Ending with the suitcase is so great. YOu should watch the first song "Come talk to me". They do a similar thing there with a phone booth. Or even better watch the whole thing

It is about how two people come together and over time they begin to look like each , they know each others thoughts , and begin to mesh into one being....love

Every person on that stage was "in it". That's all I ask as an observer/audience member. I happen to LOVE Peter Gabriel but honestly, as an observer, I just wanna know that the artists on stage are giving their everything. Love thus. Thank you

Peter Gabriel was the founding vocalist for Genesis. They later hired Phil Collins into the band as their drummer and backing vocalist. In the 1980s, both singers became hugely successful on their own, plus Phil also had success as the lead singer of Genesis, after Gabriel left in 1975.

Man, I put this up as a free request about 8 months ago - sure does take a long time to reach the front. Anyway you got to it eventually, even if it did seem to leave you totally baffled.

Ever hear of Genesis?? He was a part of that band. Creative differences with Phil Collins... He was better than genesis I'm glad he left. Saw him during his plays live concert at Madison square garden in the 80s he's fantastic live. This was not set up to record a concert he's always like this.
