That old breed of Irish warrior is in his DNA / very rare to see now days as Ireland has become a more relaxed place / he’s like he’s come back from Ireland a 100 years ago / when this type of breed of men were plenty

As a Kiwi I really rate O'Mahony At his peak he is the best in the world in his position. Tough no nonsense character but also has a good balance with family. Family first rugby that's for sure!

Yes he looks in training. After a long season he would have lost a fair few of those kilos. Some players might feel better with less weight but enough power to play well.
