Interestingly since the Sarah Everard murder, advice was not to talk to single lone police officers even with ID. You might want to read up on that and possibly test it 👍

I was at that exact place a few years ago as I had an appointment to renew my passport. I had driven 4 hours to get to the appointment, and they wouldn't let me go to the loo. I tried that coffee place across the road by the grassy area that you show on the video briefly as you pan across the road....and they also said no. You do need to give a name and a warrant card and NOT an identification card as the warrant card confirms you are a constable and not just anyone with a fake document and the law says so, the threat level is irrelevant and their duty is to uphold the law and not become involved with peoples thoughts, feelings, and enforce corporate policies on the public. Caught out again being a lying PC and what you deem reasonable is irrelevant as you uphold the law and nothing else.

You definitely need to look up your law a little more. When inside a public building or land, if asked to leave by the landowner or an agent of, ie a security officer or police officer, if you don’t leave reasonable force can be used to remove you.
