I just love how the copper starts off trying to lay down his authority by giving out directives then ends up asking nicely because he quickly realised that bullying and intimation tactics were not going to work.

Copper: (over the radio) There's a guy that won't do as I say and leave a building. Radio: Well, just grab him and throw him out stating section 5. Copper: (over the radio) But he has a camera. Radio: Erm, you could always, oh damn, what's it called now... Oh yeah, try asking nicely. Copper: (over the radio) I've tried that, he knows his rights. Radio: Erm, we'll get back to you. 5 minutes later! Radio: State a bunch of orders and directives at him, threaten him with future arrest then walk away before he can say anything. Ego saved!

You can't say "I'm politely" before being impolite and it magically render the impoliteness of the subsequent speech polite. Also - always with the terror legislation, which they promised repeatedly would NEVER be misused, it's now the go-to legislation they use to stamp on your rights. What terrorist stands around in a public lobby openly filming and talking to cops?! 😂 It's absurd on its face. That legislation, which the British public was tricked into allowing, has ONLY EVER been misused! The *first time* it was used it was a misuse, they used it to arrest anti Iraq war protestors who were protesting legally! Terror legislation is tyranny.

He clearly does not know the law. Threat level 😂😂😂😂 He wants your details but he won't give his. He's supposed to give you 3 forms of ID. So you know he's not committed any Crime so why ask for his details. There is no threat level so stop saying it. The only threat is from the Police. Rice v Connelly. You're not detained so you don't need to take any orders or help the cops in any way. Even if you are detained you don't need to help them with their investigations. That cop got pissed because you knew your rights, he had no power over you. That lady was very rude. She has no idea who you are so why come up and talk to you as if she has power over you.
@simshogun2240
@simshogun2240 2 жыл бұрын
You do need to give a name and a warrant card and NOT an identification card as the warrant card confirms you are a constable and not just anyone with a fake document and the law says so, the threat level is irrelevant and their duty is to uphold the law and not become involved with peoples thoughts, feelings, and enforce corporate policies on the public. Caught out again being a lying PC and what you deem reasonable is irrelevant as you uphold the law and nothing else.

11:37, At that point he then realised that he was not interacting with someone sheep, and needed to ask the Shepard what to do. How are we the public supposed to trust and respect the UK police force, if they do not abide by their own policing policy's at a base level eg, (14:33) identifying them selves !? In hinge sight my replied to his request 15:16 no the same as you have not ! Having watch many !! of hour's of your type's of vlog's, I have wondered if their police control radio's are used as way of the control to listen into what is being said. A many of time's I notice the cuntstable's adjusting his, her's radio at crucial point's and the radio screen lights up. Has anyone else picked up on that ? 17:47 he is just wanting to get away, he is so incompetent I wouldn't employ him to look after my drift of pig's (A group of pig's(I never know that)). Well executed by you PTTP, showing the downfall's of the government run office's working for the people.

among the plethora of worries about public servants is that they just won't bother checking the law even to cover themselves "i'm right now bugger off" really is knuckle dragging. if he looked the regulations up then he'd save himself a lot of grief about arguing the toss. i'm lazy, i'm really reluctant to get of my arse, but this is government employees ffs.

People are NOT invited in they are free to enter any public building and that is both general knowledge and the LAW, what you would like is your business and what you ask is unlawful and if you ask he can decline, whether or not he is aware you are recording it is the law which determined this and the same law is the reason it is now in your policy. He can also lawfully tell you to bugger off.

You definitely need to look up your law a little more. When inside a public building or land, if asked to leave by the landowner or an agent of, ie a security officer or police officer, if you don’t leave reasonable force can be used to remove you.
@robba1234
@robba1234 2 жыл бұрын
That's fine however we have laws and often civil rights get ignored, it was a public building IF he was causing damage or trouble I could understand the fuss, however, the ignorant police and other public services often use feelings as a metric, many of our laws are so cocked up and badly written that slowly but surly police and officials can fabricate reasons to STOP lawful activities " feelings" Bad enough that police request wiggle room in new laws to justify "control" and a free country slides slowly into a place where police use these powers to "make you comply" regardless

You "auditors" really are dense! You fail to see the security implications to do videos like this, auditing government buildings like this. What would be a terrorists wet dream is having access to videos of perimeter security and areas they can gain access and you are handing it to them on a platter and you really do fail to see that. So the day it hits the news that a terrorist walked upto a government building holding up a "camera" pretending to make a documentary and detonates an IED potentially killing staff and civilians a like you "auditors" will be partially responsible for these actions well done take a bow!
@jonnyl1022

I'm guessing the Google car and Google maps should be taken to court for enabling terrorism then?! If an area has public access then anybody can access it. A terrorist can go in person and document it with there eyes. They aren't gona plan an attack on the off chance that a video is on KZfaq about it. Come off it fella.
