Bec is so tall and thin that it makes this type of shot possible, I am guessing. I recall a New York shoot like this. If there are more, would be nice to see the whole series sometime. Enjoy Switzerland and other cities.

I'm jealous that Peter can sit criss cross apple sauce. I'm probably 20 years younger than him and haven't even able to do that for the past 20 years of my life.

Beautiful result. I have to say that when I watch videos that show editing steps I get frustrated and a overwhelmed because I don't have the software or knowledge of how to do all that editing magic. I currently only have the free version of Capture One for Fuji. So, I don't have access to adding layers. Would an ND filter have made some of the editing steps unnecessary? Thanks again for a very cool, fun and informative video.

I had quit photography about 2 years ago, and realized that was the wrong decision. I love it heart and soul. Now, I just need to build my portfolio. @Bec: I admire how patient you are when you are posing. I like a lot when you gently laugh at 5:19-5:21 because this means that posing in this session brings you happiness, and by lowering your face and gaze you isolate from the outside world and you create your own inner space that doesn’t need anything from any other place/party. You see that Peter confirm you are a Model at 6:01 when he says: “she always wants to be in shot”. I like a lot the mountain behind you, acting as your bodyguard. - @Peter: Many thanks for having chosen this location, outdoors, daylight and Bec. I had just made a change in the plan and I will go back to BW, leaving the color for later. Thanks for clarifying your position about filters (1:45), because just before I was attracted by your public Internet channel, I spent a lot of time thinking what filters I needed to make good photographs. I like when you sit on the floor, like the Model, because this is fully aligned with your idea of having the Photographer and the Model at the same level; and the jeans you wear is the perfect item of clothing for these situations. My preferred time is from 4:02 to 4:11 when you are talking with the Model, face to face, to adjust the pose, and I admire your skills to do it, because I would be horrible doing it, without any hope to improve it; I also like a lot the angle where the fix video camera films at that precise time. My preferred facial expression is at 4:20 because it looks like the Model is demanding an answer from the person she is interacting with. At 4:52 it sounds to me like the Model is bcc and syou time to think about what she just told you, without pressure. At 5:15 she seems to be in listening mode. I also liked e a lot the precise time 6:18 when you are giving explanations with the arm and hand raised, next your camera, and next the Model (without blurred), which a self-sufficient attitude, and then, suddenly she turn her gaze to the video camera. Many thanks for explaining how you overlap photographs, to properly capture the Model and the context. - @Patrick: Many thanks for recording the session. I will not envy you for living in such a wonderful country, that is actually, but for having directly watched a session with Peter as Photographer and Bec as the Model.

Nice video! I have just noted you are using the 43.8 x 32.9mm sensor Hasselblad instead of the larger 53.4 × 40.0mm one. Why don't you give a try to the Fujifilm GFX 100s? Same size 43.8 x 32.9mm sensor in a smaller package, Sony BSI sensor, IBIS, phase detect AF, eye AF, 16 bit RAW... Fuji GF lenses are top and Fuji used to make lenses for Hasselblad. I'm proud member of Inspire BTW :D

I want to see the Disneyland one. I also have to say I'm not crazy about the effect that last layer has on Bec's face. It makes it unnaturally light compared to the rest of the photo and gives it an instagram filter look.
