Pete hope you and B2 are doing well. I am very enthusiastic to start practicing your Tai Chi Method. Excellent Video. Thank you for all I learned from you while I was in Georgia!

Great drills Pete! Should we do them all together or do we work on these drills separately?
@PeterFreemantennisАй бұрын
both...if you have time to do it all which really all you need is 10 to 20 minutes...but if you can't get to a court do the shadow exercises...good luck

How far are you from Tucker, Georgia? Do you have tennis camps in 2025?

Sorry, it is impossible to enjoy having the ball go past you at the wall - even watching you it's just feels bad. Hence steps 3 and 4 are a non starter for me.

very interesting comment. now if your forehand does not need help then no worries enjoy hitting against the wall. But for players that do need to make a technical change it is thinking like this that keeps players stuck. These exercises are easy to do..you can complete this within 20 minutes and your forehand would dramatically improve over time...honestly there is no good excuse not to do this
