Love the video ! Idk if you’ve made a video like this but a cool idea would be gear that you think isn’t necessary or what gear to spend more on and what gear can wait especially when getting started. Maybe geared toward me but it could be a good idea lol

I loved the video Peter, I got a question tho. I watched some videos on your channel and saw that hlg3 is the best for my camera (a7c). I read that you overexpose 1.3 on hlg3. I had some difficulties maintaining that exposure during an outdoor game because it is fluctuating all the time due to clouds and places with less lighting. Do you constantly change your iso, shutter and f-stop to counter this and aim for that 1.3? Or do you just accept it and try to fix it in post?

hi mate, great video! Just a quick one, what do you do on bad weather days? like if its a cold or mainly rainy day, do you have a waterproof that goes over your rig? I'm currently looking for one as I film sports in England and the weather is always terrible 😅🤣

Didn’t mention in this video but I’ve got this clear bag sort of contraption with one hole with a zipper on the bottom that the camera rig goes into, a hole for the front of the lens to stick out, and two side holes with strings to fasten that your hands go into to operate the camera. Usually use that and put the hood on the monitor or use the cameras screen when it’s really rainy

Peter, how is your workflow. I mean, you go on games, shoot everything non interrupting, then goes home, start to catch every shot together, and mostly, why? Its for post game productions? Ads? I really dont understand how this market works

A lot of what I film is put out on social media in real-time to encourage people to tune into the current event, used to promote future events, fulfill obligations with sponsors and stakeholders, run advertisements on tv or digital, etc. A lot of the time I’m sorting and organizing footage first and foremost so when the time comes to pull shots for these purposes I can do so easily

Starting sony ev 10, step up from that Sony FX30, or the Sony A7iv, if you're fully invested the Sony fx3

Love the setup- my one question - why not power your monitor off of your V-Mount batteries? My monitor runs great off of USB-C (it's a Feelworld ...) which I power from my V-Mount (a lot of the newer V-Mount batteries have USB-C outputs- I use that to power my FX30 as well!) and not having to charge/carry those bulky Sony batteries simplifies life...

I generally do power my monitor off v mount but also carry individual batteries for it as a back up or in case I want to keep my set up smaller and not attach a V mount
