I watched this video and then went through all 6 feeding stages with portions and times but they don’t seem to stick. The instructions are pretty horrible. Can someone help. If it something stupid like having to fill up the container in order for it to dispense 6 portions?

During your demo, I could not see your feeder window, there is a light shining on it. However, I figured out how to do it from listening - BUT I need to reprogram the times and amounts. How do you do that? Also, if I unplug it (to move it) does it lose all of that programming?

Whoa. My top doesn’t lock. It just comes off and pops back on. Maybe they made it cheaper lol I got a black charger with my black feeder

Here are my questions. If you have it plugged in and no batteries and the power goes out will it keep the the settings you have put in when the power comes back on? If you have the batteries in AND have the unit plugged up (USB) and the power goes out will it hold the settings when the power comes back ok? Once you have it set up to dispense food a couple times a day will it keep on dispensing every day as long as you have food in it?

This feeder has exposed wired up inside the chute. My cat was able to reach in, and yank them out, effectively killing the unit.

Nice presentation but it covers a particular model. Other models not covered in this presentation. Compare control panel for differences. Not all models work the same. With a more recent model, I found many fundamental problems and ended up returning it. A bad experience but PetLibro refunded my money.
