If you have a single cat who has urinary crystals and you want to know how much water your cat is having this is the perfect waterer for you!I have 2 cats, 1 with urinary crystals, I have watched each drink and know their average intakes and can now know with certainty the water my cats are getting and if they are acting strange I can see with this product if their water intake has changed which is invaluable to me!Hoping this product stays operational for a long time but so far I love it

Awww, was hoping it was a microchip water fountain, with flowing water. I have the Felaqua, which is a microchip fountain, for my 2 cats, but it doesn’t have flowing water.

Try to ask their support team. I had the same issue on my feeder and they sent me a replacement part to fix it.
