Petrol Heads' Heaven: Caffeine and Machine x Michelin

Monika and I travelled up to the edge of the Cotswolds and had an incredibly fun day visiting petrol heads' (gear heads, to my American friends) heaven- Caffeine and Machine!
Michelin have partnered up with C&M and painted a mural on the side of the building to celebrate the partnership.
What a day it was; it has the vibe of a car or motorbike show, but it's open seven days a week!
Brilliant food, every type of car you can imagine, motorbikes, great coffee, moto art, merchandise for sale and an Ice Racing Harley Davidson for sale (at the right price!).
Ferraris, Fiat 500s, Lamborghins, VW Golfs, Nissan Skylines, KTMs, Mercedes G Wagons, Mclarens, Bentley Continentals, VW Camper Vans, Porsche 911s, Ford Mustangs, Abarths, Minis, Volvo P1800s, Ducati Scramblers, BMW Rninets, Harley Davidsons and a beach buggy. Vintage cars, classic cars, modified cars, grand tourers, sports cars, race cars- you name it, it was there.
It's the most eclectic selection of vehicles I've seen!

What a great video showing an endless flow of cars , that one can't see often in the States. Having my morning coffee and watching this just put me in a great mood to start the day off. Thank you, Freddie and Monica!

That Old Volvo p1800 model was driven by Simon Templar (Roger Moore) in the TV series The Saint in the 1960’s.

@@rjdobbs we are not as advanced in our years as you. Never really watched the Saint I was more a Sweeney/Professionals fan I wasn't even old enough to see that first time round it was always repeated...it is to this day.

Good video and you’ve captured the vibe nicely. Been 5 times now, first on my own on my Triumph and the other 4 with family or friends. Never gets same old as there is always something different to see. 👍🏻

Great stuff Freddie. Whilst watching I thought you might enjoy the steam rallies we have down here in Berkshire during the summer months. Not just steam engines but old cars, bikes from all era's as well as craft stuff and real ale. Thanks.

@@FreddieDobbs Cars and Coffee is a thing around the US but they’re is a coffee shop near where I live called “Coffee-N-Cars”. Has a 1950’s diner vibe to it but always a great car show turn out to it

It was a bit cloudy (although no rain!) so the bikers were scared off I think!😆 My guess would be over £1mil of cars at a few points throughout the day!

I own a Yamaha MT09, never really been into the retro/heritage motorbike style that you sport, but I have to admit you are turning me to the darkside, may get a Truimph T120 as my next bike. Your style is mega mate.

That Volvo P1800 is on my top 5 favourite classics, always reminds me of The Saint series. The Aventador SVJ brings back memories. We used to paint the graphics including the SVJ logos for Lamborghini. A very cool work environment.

Hi , A place with a thyme , has got to be the way to go , for a lot of old road side establishments to draw the customers in . Beaulieu motor museum has been going for years with car shows . Well done to the owners and one for the list of places of interest and thank you Monica and Freddie for the walk round during my Sunday morning to toast fest . As a matter of interest what wet weather gear do you both use ? and sad to hear it rained on your return from the I. O.W. Take care and ride safe on your Michelins .

Delighted you enjoyed the video! For wet riding I carry a thin waterproof overlayer that just pops on over my normal gear (I have the Triumph waterproof overlays that are very good as they come in their own pouches so they're easy to pack into panniers🙂

Fitted Metzler road tec 01’s tyres to my T120 absolutely awesome rain or dry. Where exactly was the venue? You must be getting soft allowing Monika to go by car

I'm a big fan of the Metzler's too! Caffeine and Machine's just to the north of the Cotswolds (Ettington CV37 7NS). Believe me I did try to get Monika to jump on the bike!😆

I had no idea about this, but no speed guns outside now. Although they're not huge fans of cars revving up in the grounds- they need to keep the locals happy I think!🙂
