very good video did not understand wet belts ,it does not sound very good to put oil on a belt but good luck with the car

Impressive mate, there is a KZfaqR called baz meredith, does loads of the ford wet belts. Kind of proves most are not that badly worn if serviced correctly. Great content. Thanks

The timing belt is much quicker than the Ford Ecoboost very easy job but a bit long winder

@@martin-jj9pe Ford eco boost engines are also notorious for engine failure due to the same wet belt system. Engineers who designed these type of engines don't seem to have one iota of common sense.

Hi Mark Glad you took the plunge on the wet belt. I have said in the recent past. My 2008 model has the same engine. Also you gave some good shot's (for me). Of the air con pipes. one of mine is leaking. So now I have a better idea how to get to them and have a look. Looking forward for more content on the car. Cheers.

Hi Mark,these engines are from stelantis group used in peugeot,citroen and some vauxhall / opel models . Are you going to replace the water pump too ?.
