Would be better to change the Relais. The contact inside is burned. The resistance will produce heat and the solder joint breaks again.

I hate that BSM thing. First of all, on the heavy rain this summer, got water in engine bay. Over the battery and water got in BSM compartment. I couldn't start a car, multiple errors. Then I found a used BSM(same model and numbers). Connected and car started immediately. It was fine for about 4-5 months, untill we again had around 7 days of light and moderate rain. While driving, I would get ABS/ESP, handbrake error when braking. But, car would go normal, I thought it was ABS sensor or something. But two days later, car just shut down, on its own, and pulled handbrake. I was able to start it again, went for 500m, where while idle car again shut down. I wasn't able to start it, starter was working but I guess no fuel was coming. Then it started again, then same story. To make a story short, very dangerous that car just switch off during driving. You could get a serious injury, I lost a power steering. Anyway, in garage, they used Lexia/Dialbox and they were able to set it all again. They recalibrated gearbox, car now runs fine. But, the problem is with that BSM thing.

Awesome video. Gives me hope that if anything else goes wrong with my Peugeot, I can try to fix it :) What did you spray on the circuit boards? WD40? Something else? Resin? and how did you seal the electronics box? Just with a heat gun? something else?

I have a peugeot 307 and my problem is that the car takes some minutes o attempts to crank the engine until it wasn't it more so I diagnosticed starter, transponder, contacts on key even I decided to starting engine with by pass on starter and then the problem is alternator isn't charging the battery

my peugeot has no power at fuel pump i think relay has gone fuses are ok where do you get the heat gun and solder iron from to do the job

If I change the ecu kit (Bsi, Bsm, Ecu and the key system from another Rcz will I still need a programming procedure..)

I got the same problem on a 307cc 2.0l, cranks but won’t start. All sensors tested fine.could it be the same problem?

Hi hope you doing good I would like to know what is the difference between BSI AND BSM..

My 307 doesn't power up in the morning, usually after disconnecting all cables from the fusebo and replugging after a while, it powers up but starting it will be a problem. If you then remove the starter fuse and replace, the car will start. What is the problem? Is it the fusebox or something else? This morning, all efforts to start it was non effective. The car is just sitting outside. Dead.
