Some 1970s and 1980s super 8 film footage from my family's home videos. The Peugeot 504 was quite popular in the Australian market because of their toughness and reliability. In Australia it was first released in 1969 and was assembled by Peugeot's rival Renault, and sold through Renault Australia's dealer network. My grandfather owned numerous Peugeot 504s and a 505 and drove a 504 in the 1979 Repco around Australia Reliability Trial.
