Billy the Kid wad drilling into a tank with fumes and had it burn his face,head and arm. The spark inside the drill caused an explosion. He said I should have put some water in it!

When I was a kid in the 70's a friend's parents had one of these that was orange. I thought it was a cool ride back then and I get just as excited to see them nowadays as I did back then.

This is bad ass. A new segment called "build it from the yard" use all parts from the PFI parts yard.

Do not forget to add a stealth battery charger connection on the N600 for when you having it sit for a few weeks. You can then have it always ready when you want to go for it.!

The Honda S600 were really cool little convertibles. But the N600 was just so dang cute. I'm 6'5" and took the front seat out to drive one once! Lol! It was like Hightower in Police Academy! You are RAD if you get that reference😂

Billy the kid from street racing channel had rumes from a plastic supra tank flash up on him a few days a go. Burned his face and right arm. He used a cordless Milwaukee drill to drill a hole in the bottom for a fuel line. The drill has brushes and sparks when the trigger is released. Billy said the fumes ignited after the 3rd time he released the trigger. The tank was empty but he didn't do anything to vent out the fumes before drilling.

Best practice to weld a fuel tank is to flood it with Argon, like when welding stainless turbo hot pipes.

Good idea on the water through the tank...Billy from Street Racing Channel was using a drill in his and the tiny spark from the drill lit his tank up and gave him some NASTY face and arm burns!!

Ohhhh the thumper engine! I rode a Honda CB that had an engine that both pistons were in sync. Sounds cool. Seems like tuning should be piece of cake!

The N600 and the CB750 came into the dealership at the same time. I had just graduated HS and didn't want to ride a Honda MC through another winter. Mine was yellow same as that. If you shifted hard and cranked the wheel the inside tire would bark. Still have the window sticker. MSRP $1,395!!

Man 1800whp in that car is NUTS, doesnt even look that agressive till you see the lack of mirrors and big tires

Hooking the (empty) fuel tank up to the exhaust of an idling car is what turbo yoda has been doing apparently. The exhaust gas warms the tank so any residual fuel evaporates, but since it's exhaust it hasnt got the oxygen to burn. Might be worth doing as an extra precaution after rinsing with water, I've heard horror stories where there was still some residual fuel left even after flooding with water.

Little side thought I had....that manifold could use some support brackets to help it from vibration cracking it. It's kinda heavy looking for such a small connection at the flange.

Brent, I don’t know what kind of back problems you’re having but I know how serious it can be. I’m 32 years old and I’ve had three back surgeries in the past two years hundreds of hours of physical therapy and procedure after procedure with pain management. The two biggest things I’ve learned is keep a bottle of Advil dual action close by and don’t let your ego mess with your healing. I wish I learned that second one sooner on more than one occasion I didn’t listen to my body was telling me to take it easy or take a day off And I tried to “tough it out” and ended up injuring myself all over again. At this point, a good chunk of my spin is titanium so I can’t be injured again, but the pain is still very much there. You just have to keep on keeping on.

Neat little Hondas, most failed when the air cooling fan belt broke, and not replaced, leading to a seized engine.

My uncle has a similar little honda civic. Lots of good memories. He still has it. Love this little series Brent. Keep it up. Hope your PT is going well.

See you build an intake makes me rethink a project I don't have all the tools to do. I've wanted to vband the throttle body onto my RBC intake to see if there is any power difference clocking the throttle body different ways. All because I noticed my ZDX spacer changes the orientation some. My 8th gen is N/A and trying to get everything out of it.
