Brent there is a setting u can turn on in windows that will put a large circle around your mouse arrow by simply pressing CTRL button. Search for mouse, additional mouse options, select "Show Location of pointer when i press ctrl key" Tom im excited to see the boat hit the water, cant wait to see test #2

26:04 starter motor bearings are toast. The engine is to start and starts to raise RPMs and that's when the starter gets "loose" and this sound occurs as there is some slack in the bearings -> replace it

Lookin forward to seeing this beauty rip once Brent and Tom get some more of the bugs/gremlins out and get her dialed!

I worked on a jet boat that has a K series with an old timer about 4 or so years ago. You were still showing your turning on cars at the time. I learned everything from you. The thing runs on methanol on rips and regular 91 when it isn't. My buddy does huge rips across the water when the water is calm which is a rare thing around here. He goes through all 10 gallons of methanol in a single rip when conditions are right. He doesn't compete and he likes his privacy. I'd love to show you his wonderfully colored mandarin to mango colored craft. Fastest thing on the lake.

Brent, one tip is to change the cursor to high contrast under Mouse settings in Windows. This turns the cursor into a black one with a white outline, much easier to spot. Also, that boat is SICK! Much love from Sweden!

Insane potential for this beautiful boat. I'm not wild about Tom testing at Havasu, because it is a river and you have three basic operational modes: running constantly, anchored, or beached. I'm not sure how much Captain experience Tom has, but I would highly recommend a buddy boat for testing on Havasu. Without power you can easily end up 10+ miles downstream in a hurry. Oh, Brent put a long tail on your mouse for lo-viz applications (it's annoying but helps a lot). Good luck Tom, stay safe!

Brent next time you go out on the water to tune, make a hood for your laptop out of cardboard and matt black spray paint. Then attach the hood with duct tape and it should reduce some of the glare on your screen.

I can imagine how fast this really is with all the horse pressure and just how light the boat is without a big block but the same or more power. I'd say until Tom is beside another boat he won't understand just how fast it really is just again hard work always pays off!

Hay Brent I love all your videos and have learned a bunch! As I watch this video with your struggles finding the mouse with the glare of the sun. (I have been there tuning a convertible with a broken top) I was hoping I could repay the favor in a small way. If you go in to settings on your laptop you can change the mouse to a larger size and invert the color for a black pointer should help a good bit next time your in that situation. Keep up the great work bud I watched you tune a car years ago on boosted boys channel and from then on I was hooked and I have been tuning for a couple years now at the shop I work for and I love every minute of it!

That boat is my favorite. My brother has a yellow one just like it! He got a wrecked helicopter and took the jet engine out of it. He put that in there last spring, and the chicks really dig him.

Couple ways to help find the mouse .. - Hit the "Ctrl" key to animate a circle around the mouse -> [Mouse Properties - Pointer Options] - check the box for Show Location when clicking Ctrl key. - Change the color to green or some other high res color for higher visibility -> [Mouse Pointer - Change Pointer Size and Color] - Suggested Pointer colors are High Res!

Awesome, been waiting to see this thing on the water! In windows, you can set an option to locate the mouse cursor. In the search box type - POINTER OPTIONS and then select pointer options tab up top. At he bottom of that window you'll see the option - SHOW LOCATION OF POINTER WHEN I PRESS THE CTRL KEY.
