It can. I would advised not to spray these stuff indoors. My recommendation get a proper spray booth that has a attachable hose in which it can extend to a window.

I will try my best to help you out. You mentioned you're purchasing one or two kotobukiya MGS model kits? May I ask which one are you getting and which one do you plan on investing time to paint?

Thanks for getting back to me. I mostly want to get a couple of weapons for 1000toys Synth Human I've recently purchased and futuristic Kotobukiya stuff really seems to work well stylistically with it. I plan on buying and painting these 2: m.s.g. headunit 01 burst railgun M.S.G Weapon Unit 06 Samurai Master Sword I like the palette they have on most of the screenshots for these items - 2 greys with silver and blue here and there on little details, so I'll go with something close to that. As for investing time - probably as much effort as I would need to get them to the level of screenshots?

@@Kia044 So you're pretty much your trying to do the same color scheme on to these parts, am I correct? If that's the case that shouldn't be a problem man. For the samurai Blade there are 2 specific colors to go with, which Is a Tamiya as27 gunship Gray. As for the blade part that's a bit tricky because seeing how this photo was taken on a brown surface is heavily refracted onto the silver bits. So that leaves you with two color options. Tamiya TS30 Silverleaf. Or if you wanted photo accurate I would recommend Tamiya TS 88 titanium silver which is my favorite. Now for the railgun you're going to need four colors. Tamiya gunship Grey. As well as Tamiya Light Ghost Gray. As for the blue pits it's clearly looks like a light blue but if you want to do something a little fancier and get a nice refractive surface off of it you can always paint that small section with some silver paint and then go over it with a clear blue paint from Tamiya. As for the panel lining details I would recommend you using Tamiya panel line accent color black. But if you're not comfortable with that you can always use a Gundam marker gm01 200. Just a friendly Heads Up When painting these pieces it's high recommended that you spray them with a primer base first and then apply the paint second

Do you mind if I ask some more questions? The kits I've ordered have finally arrived, so I'm making a list of stuff to buy before I get to work on them. I'll buy the paints and primer (grey should be fine?) you've suggested. I'll probably need the cement - the normal 87012 TAMIYA should be fine? I would guess I'll need the masking tape for painting the separate parts of pieces in different colors. I don't really have a garage, so I'm planning to use a cardboard box with some newspapers for additional insulation to make the screen to paint inside of. Will this be fine to use in a normal living room if I use the Tamiya paint spray cans? Do they create any flying paint particulate that may spread outside of the screen? Can you recommend a setup for letting the parts dry after primer\paint?
