@@LeeSkJohn-sv8wi, EEZ is not an International Territory; any countries who have an EEZ have SOVEREIGN RIGHTS on it; therefore, the Philippines is the only country who has the authority to exercise sovereign rights in Scarborough Shoal.

@@itsmealjon_2024 souverign right only to the resources. Not your territorial waters. It's international waters. But SCS is China's and Taiwan territory. They can prevent Philippines from intruding. Their territorial rights overight your eez.

*The international law* is very clear on the South China Sea: - parts of it belong to some ASEAN countries including the Philippines 🇵🇭, - the rest of it is the international water, - no part of it belongs to China🇨🇳 or Taiwan🇹🇼.

The international law is very clear. Eez is not Philippines territory. It's international waters. Eez entitlement to resources does not meant entitlement to the territory of china and Taiwan.

Trasfer the used to be USCG cutter-the three 115m del pilar class ships to PCG to counter large CCG ships in WPS and transfer all armament to unarmed and very vulnerable PN davao del sur class. PCG is in need of large ship, and the three del Pilar class ships are the ideal size to counter chinese coast guard and militias in WPS.

Pls. use the Pilipino name Bajo de Masinloc in reports referring to Scarborough shoal because Bajo de Masinloc is part of the Philippine territory according to UNCLOS, the HAGUE judgment and an old historical extant map that clearly shows that Bajo de Masinloc and other islands inside the EEZ in the WPS belongs to the Philippines

If the Philippines, acting alone, cannot stop Chinese unlawful intrusion into our national territory, may I personally suggest that we consult our allies regarding this matter/ problem. China completely disregards our rights under international law because we are a small country. This being so, what should we do? 1 believe our proper remedy is to consult our more powerful allies. And i likewise believe that our powerful western, European and ASEAN allies are ready and willing to come to our aid. All that we have to do is ask for their assistance!
