ThanX doc here in Sudan phaco is like a fancy machine they won’t let residents touch it , most of us still practice the old ECCE

From where I can buy those eyes please? I saw bionika eyes they were awosome I think the best but too much expensive. Please can you suggest some eyes for me and Im from Iraq btw

Using Phaco machine on plastic,is this a good thing?Doesn't it give up the Ghost

You Dr know that all these are made of just plastic stuffs and they cost over 400$ why ? Is it because they are medical ? If its so then it should be on lowest cost to help us saving lifes ? I hate those companies trends

the phaco eyes cost about 250 dollars for 12 eyes, which is around 20 dollars per eye. this is in fact expensive, yes. however, I do think the price is justified as it is a small company and every one of the eyes is hand made in England. I doubt that they make much of a profit margin. nowadays we are so used to cheap products from china that we're shocked by prices of things produced in Europe. unfortunately, ophthalmology is too small of a sector for companies to have things mass-produced in china.
