Ingredients :
Lady Finger ( Bhendi ) - ½ kg
Oil - 3 tbsp
Green Chilli - 1 tbsp chopped
Salt - as per taste
Method :
Wash the ladyfingers (bhendi) thoroughly and pat them dry using a kitchen towel. Trim the ends and Cut into Round medium-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped green chili and sauté for a few seconds.
Add the sliced ladyfingers to the pan and stir well to coat them with the oil.
Cook the ladyfingers over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly crispy. This should take about 10-12 minutes.
Season the cooked ladyfingers with salt according to your taste preference. Stir well to evenly distribute the salt.
Once the ladyfingers are cooked to your desired level of tenderness, remove the pan from the heat.
Transfer the cooked ladyfingers to a serving dish and serve hot as a side dish with rice or roti.
