Ingredients
2 cup of jawar flour / Sorghum flour
1 cup water
4 tsp oil
2 tsp butter/ ghee
salt as per taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 inch Ginger piece
5 garlic pods
3 green chilli
1/4 cup fresh chopped coriander
1/4 cup chopped fresh Fenugreek leave
2 finely chopped onion
1/4 cup grated carrots
