The set design was not new. It is the same as the 1986 London production but just ever so slightly modified for the tour.

Thanks for the info! Saw an interview before the gala here, said that it's brand new.

If you're planning to get the seats close to the stage, avoid the right ones at all cost! Just try to get the central seats and your view should be fine.
