Tommy has that effect on people to make them feel better and more energetic, every time I listen to him, he loads my batteries to full effect! He is to me the best rock artist today, his skills on all instruments and his song are world class. He can cut diamonds with his voice! Tommy was quote in saying that that ending note ( a C sharp 5 I think ) was the highest note he ever hit at the time of that recording. There are a few songs, Steelheart cover I think, where he comes close or surpasses that. Also, all the instruments you hear here, are all done by Tommy. He is a tour de force and a half. 🤘😆

What a wonderful reaction! On the topic of voices: You have such a wonderfully appealing voice! Dunno what it is, but the moment i heard you speak i felt so warm inside. Don't take me as a weirdo now though lol. I'm just saying you have a such a wonderful voice to listen to. It's very attractive. And there is something about you, my gut tell me that you are a very kind and wonderful soul. You just have that kind of aura / energy about you. And i'm usually very spot on when it comes to these kind of things. Hard to explain but some people just exude this aura of either positive or negative energy. And you are overwhelmingly on the positive side. I'm not a religious or spiritual person at all, in fact i don't believe in it. But it's the only way to accurately describe the feeling. You are absolutely right, though. A cover song - or an adaptation from some musical - is cool, but what use is it if the artist doesn't give it a personal flavor? If there's nothing different then it's just recrerating the original. Which is nice I guess, but nothing new. Ever heard "Hurt" by Johnny Cash? It's actually a song by Nine Inch Nails. But he put such a personal spin on it that even Trent Reznor of NIN who wrote the song said it's a Johnny Cash song now. That's the way to make a cover song!

I like to start people off w his cover of Steelheart's She's Gone, as it shows off the best of his musicianship, his vocals, and his personality! All of Tommy's YT covers are power metal!

That last note is crazy high even for a ultra Soprano but i guess they forgot to tell Tommy that or maybe he didn't listen/understood! The thing is he as a guy can go higher than some ultra Sopranos that's insane to say the least!!

Tommy is in a league of his own, he makes new covers - or rather renditions - of songs every week and there hasn't been a single one that's not fantastic imo. Oh and about that high note, that's not even near his capacity. If you really want to find out about his range you ought to check out his version of "You raise me up". Not only is that a rather high song to begin with, he also does it one octave higher.
