क्या सर ऐसा नही हो सकता की भारत risc 5 पे ज्यादा focus करे और जो OS और software भारत में चलते हैं जैसे कि Windows, Android और facebook etc. इन्हे risc 5 ISA को adopt करने के लिए धीरे से प्रवृत्त किया जाए ताकि हम सबका फायदा हो और भारत खुदसे chip design और develop कर सके

Flywheel is energy storage not source like generator so u can't make a powerplant from flywheel
