Stage 4 lung cancer for me, diagnosed 9+ years ago. I didn't know about Dr. Seyfried but have been low carb, keto, now carnivore starting 12 years ago. Health, for me, is a perfect reason to stay compliant, especially when the food is delicious. Thank you all for this.

Your information on type2 dose work I went from hb1ca 14.5 back in January this year was on metformin now I am normal now from new Zealand list to these people

Excessive fructose is the top culprit for me based on Dr Richard Johnson's research. Fructose poisons/downregulates the mitochondria and disables AMPK.

Health professionals are there to only and only SERVE the patients, not to belittle them or deleteriously gaslight them. The consequences are enormous.
