Just purchased this rif, if you want to use hicaps i can say the pcc45 from g&g mags fit so snuggly there is zero wobble with mid and hicaps. Looking forward to my 1st gameday with it Thanks for the review really swayed my final decision on purchase. UPDATE : After having owned this rif for a lil while now i can give update, i changed the hop rubber on it to a maple leaf 60° kept the bucking as is. I only use .28s and now this set with minimal hop is flying straight and true...it is now my go to rif for gamedays over my tm416 upgraded to the hilt. I just have a lot more fun for some reason using this battery storage is excellent i run a 2600 mah 7.4v lipo and it fits perfectly into stock....and the binary trigger is awesome in cqb situations when semi is a lil slow. Overall for the money i cant fault this gun it is awesome, im gonna try n get a hold of an m89a mag to check compatibility as i know these are a lot cheaper than the g&g ones i mentioned before but other than that a firm favourite in my arsenal....

They should have put the flash hider they have on the UTR556 on it also would have liked the rails covers for it I had to 3d print some and take some covers from an m16 type rifle

Decent gun, happy with mine...just the battery drain with the electronic unit is high, if you want to run it with the small 11,1V battery at 1100MAH, I guess it might not be enough to have just one battery for a single day skirmish. And you must not forget to remove the batter from the gun when not in use, otherwise it drains and kills your LIPO. I wish the gun had a slightly higher ROF though.

Great, review. You mentioned that the magazines have a little play. I tried to use duck tape, no play at all snug fit, but a feeding problem started. It fires 2-3 bbs but after, nothing, and the mag is full. I removed the duck tape and it fires but still from time to time it doesn't feed. Anyone else had encountered this issue? Any ideeas to solve this?

Hey Pheas! Thanks for the review and disassembly videos. I just ordered one because I have a brushless motor lying around and wanted to put it in a replica. I'm a big fan of my Evo and I think this one has the potential to replace it. However, I can't find anywhere on the internet if the UTR45 uses active breaking and would burn my motor or not.
