Watched this video every time before i went to the gym, from the day it got out till after a year after, then my gym closed, it was like ones you see in pumping iron, really oldschool and dirty, equipment was old, but it worked, three machine one for legs/hamstrings, another for back (Which had a chain like on a bicycle, so the first was was like 40pounds because the weight sticked to each other. Third was for triceps/abs. Rest was just dumbells and barbells. Then i went to the towns other gyms, and it was to clean and pure machines no free weight, i didn't like it. just started training again after a 4 year break, the gym i train in now is the closest i get to the old gym, and this video still gets me psyched up for training. So thank you for making this video, means alot for me :)
