I was just a boy... 11 years ago I watched this video over and over again when I lived in Venezuela. who ever dislike this video don't know what lifting is this video has angels singing in the back. animals screaming in pain to lift. rich at his best. and who ever knows he's is not a success in bodybuilding his money came from stock and investing this video pump me when I'm down I lisen to several motivation at the gym but this one gives me the rage on my last rep. when I finish and ready to lift more heavy ass weigth . all this video is on point. love it

I'm not sure if I'm the only one that feels this way, but I'm not really motivated by videos like these.. I know I'll never be this big, for 2 reasons. One I don't want to dedicate my entire life to lifting and bodybuilding, and second, I don't ever want to juice, and that's the only way you'll achieve this size (note that I'm not saying they don't work for it, I just know it's not possible without it). More achievable goals in videos would motivate me far more..

Im with you on this one , if you are not into pro bodybuilding and don't take supplements you will never Never get that big . I workout without any supplements at all , I'm just interested in looking good and working out definitely makes you look good and feel good.

COMPILATION 7 That's an invalid argument (: I do lift, I just don't do steroids and I know that I will never look like most people in this video, no matter what I do (: My point was that because something completely unachieveable is shown to me, it's simply not motivating (: may work on some, but just not on me (:
