Seven-time Mr. Olympia winner Phil Heath joins the show to talk about his focused training regimen. He and Adam also talk about the importance of honing skills before Phil recalls some of the sacrifices he’s made during his Mr. Olympia training. Phil also shares a frustrating experience he had at Birmingham Airport.
Next, Chris Hansen joins the show and Adam recounts his recent trip to Mar-a-Lago where he ran into Donald Trump. The guys then have a conversation about carry-on luggage and TSA profiling. I don't know about Adam's hate 'em attitude about sports. In retrospect, I appreciate that we were made to go shake the opponents hands whether we won or lost and say "good game." I don't remember any official penalties for being a dick, but I remember coaches who would wind-sprint us if we acted up, and it taught us to win and lose sort of stoically, which was a big thing as a kid. It was like, you win, you win graciously, you lose, you come back on Monday with fire in your belly that you won't do that again (and don't act like a baby).

That went out the window the moment they started placing sports in front of acedemics in the late 90's/00's and when people like Illiterate Le Bron started being given acedemic waivers. When I played if you had below a C average you didn't play(back when they didn't just give away passing grades to compensate for non-existant institutional "racism"). If you assaulted other students and got suspended you didn't play. If you were an asshole to any adults you didn't play.

FYI - I know of a smoothie that tastes delicious, and it actually not bad for you. No shite ingredients. And believe it or not, it only has two ingredients. Impossible to believe, right? Try it and see.... 1) Sunflower seed butter 2) Kefir Scoop out two heaping tbsp. of the sunflower seed butter into a blender. Add about a cup of kefir. Blend and drink. Now tell me that's not one of the best smoothies you've ever tasted. (I like the TJ's sunflower seed butter and their goats milk kefir.)

We saw this same behavior on display everywhere during the coof. Competition weeds these people out which is why they want to hobble anyone more naturally competant than them. Same thing with the frumpy-dumpy female cops who only tend to escalate problems and make situations more dangerous and volitile than they would otherwise be. I worked alongside these people many times and have had to deal with the unecessary fallout and cleanup after these little petty tyrants on their control trips.

Point of order, the Steelers still DO intentionally hurt people. See Nick Chubb's gruesome knee injury this season. If a player injured one of their own starters in a practice, and the coaches are mad because it was dirty, it is dirty on the playing field. The NFL needs to hand the Browns the Steelers 1st round pick for losing a superstar like Nick Chubb all season to a dirty & chicken $#*+ reckless play like we saw. Also, Minkah Fitzpatrick should be suspended until or unless Nick Chubb can return to the field. Football can be tough without being intentionally dirty, but not unless the NFL starts protecting the rest of the league from dirt bags like the Pittsburgh Steelers.
