Thank you both for this wonderful piece. I know Lynn in her interview with Phil said she is not reading anything at the moment, taking time off consuming that sort of material but since imposter syndrome is real for the two of you please find the book ''The imposter cure by Dr. Jessamy Hibberd'' when you get back to reading. Or if I can send it to your individual office addresses, I really will. Hopefully, the books do not get trashed.😇 My take home here is; If you work hard, diligently with integrity, and consistently, it pays off; you have to put in the hours. You have to have boundaries and choose partners that have the same vision and goals. Remember the mode of delivery varies from person to person but find out their thing and aid each other.

Saw Phil and Abel one day at the mall, and I called out to him and he turned, smiled and waved back. Very humble guy. May God continue to uplift him.

The story has taught me a lot. I have a son who always performs poorly in school and he is almost giving up on education and Phil has just taught me that, no matter the situation at hand, God ''s planned must be fulfilled.

Based on the way he practices active listening and the way he responds to the question (with humility, intelligence, and critical thinking), I think he is a very successful director with a remarkable personality. I learned a lot from this episode, particularly as a person who many thought that I would be a failure.

I'm a lastborn child, born 6 months to make matters worse I'm dyslexia hadi my late mom called me a failure. I was infertile, sink in depression but during COVID-19 I was already healed I got calls right left & center from friends to inspire them since then I'm called Rangi ya thao na sina sponsor. I believe in my God of another chance. #semaKudooos !!!!!

I imagine Phil in the middle of Kate, Abel and Njugush. Then celestine,Tugi,Mumbuz and Bi. Mkurungezi. That big family is my best in Kenya. A sane generation bringing up sane generation. They have kept sanity in the entertainment industry.

Sometimes our own our parents dim our lights.When our parents take part in thwarting our self esteem,,it becomes trauma and coming from that needs alot if unpacking. How can you not love Director Phil? He has this calm aura around him, I could sit and chapa stories with him all day! I remember him from Tahidi High when he had a crash on one of the girls, then he wanted to kill himself when she turned him down 😅😅😅

For me it's the other way ... passed well with As .... mys sisters failed in school.... now they are successful and I have failed in everything .... I feel discouraged in life 😪 ... hoping for sth good soon.... life is different
