You'd think 🤨those creatures would treat her well 🤨 because they didn't have children of their own. But NOOOOO they gave her a horrific experience.SHAME ON THEM 🤨This is veryy disturbing

Glad to see Wanjiru Chepgeno reunited with her true family and forgiving her captors, she's a true beauty and has done well with her life. Once upon a time, a woman caused a scene at a Nairobi bus stop claiming I was her friend's daughter, I was 10. My mom and uncle who were buying some farm tools from a shop just nearby emerged to find the lady holding my hand, I was adamant I didnt know her and I was really not worried, she called me by another name so🤷. I dont know where my petit mum got her strength from, but the slap she gave that lady still reverberates in her cheekbone to date 30 years later. The crowd was dismissed, we left, the woman just disappeared into the crowd. I will never forget that day.

This is so touching, I was taken a way from my family and was brained washed to hate my mother, and they said my mother was the worst person, but i knew she wasn't more accusations on her till i got my freedom in 2016.

I now understand what “Stockholm Syndrome” is. It is real, and it’s sad. It is the sad reality of child kidnappings. They bond with their kidnappers and they can never break free. They are forever victims, they just don’t know it. 😢🤨

My favorite moment in this interview was at 1:46. Thank you Lynn for asking that question. I also don’t understand why she’d keep the name her kidnapper gave her. I am really disappointed by her choice to continue identifying with her kidnappers and abusers. I give up.

@@carolineg101 Many people have changed their names even after graduating from college. I don’t care what it’d take, I’d not continue using the name of a woman who stole me from my mom. No way. 😢

That would be your choice and this is her choice.I can assure you that if God hadn't protected her brain in this way,you wouldn't be seeing her here. She would be a complete bitter mess.
