It was not the gift its self that moves the human heart it is the love that is given that moves the human heart. Love prevails over everything. Putting someone elses need before your own is love and Phil demonstrates this in different ways and in different manners. No doubt God placed that desire on Phil in order to show love toward his wife. God knows what we need and its obvious Miss Kay and others were blessed by Phils loving actions. So love is the greatest of all things.

Your shows are a bright light in a dark time. I'm glad you followed up on the Duck Dynasty and continued with a show that glorifies God and living a life that you choose by measuring your choices by God's measuring stick, the bible. Sometimes I think that it seems dark because I'm looking in the wrong places. Oh well, I've got an eternity to learn. I like when you say, "Thats the point". I believe that was what Jesus was saying when He was raised and reappeared, the disciples said, "my Lord, and my God", and I believe He thought, "that's the point".

I loved this. I starting my reading plan of reading the whole bible in chronological order again, but this plan gives me Thursdays to choose my own and I was wondering what would I read and then I remembered ya!! Actually it was God showing us we should not call any man common or unclean. What God has made clean we eat, what God has made unclean we don't eat. God also says he will turn those that do not believe the Spirit of Truth in to reprobate minds...so theirs that, and we should have no fellowship with them. Fellowship is one thing, but we can certainly give them the gospel. God will not be mocked.

I convinced my dad to buy my mom some jewelry after 26 years of marriage. He was under the impression she didn’t want it. We worked on the road together and after a year i finally talked him into it. He bought an antique locket and gave it to her and she cried. He ended up giving her several other things. He passed at 62 and she treasures them now.

I have to giggle sometimes when y'all come in from hunting with your black face paint. There's just something about it that makes my weird sense of humor kick in. My mouth waters when y'all start talking about how you're cooking this and how good it tastes. Phil's sound effects were especially amusing today lol. I just love y'all! I wish I could come see you and learn to cook that stuff and cook some other stuff and love on Miss Kay. We'd have fun together. God bless y'all and your ministry and hunting adventures. Good evening...I find sooo much encouragement in these shows, and humor! I truly luv ya'll!🥰🥰🥰 and...Mr. Phil that move was something Miss Kay has waited on for 50 yrs!!❤❤❤ she cried for hrs i bet! It don't have to b expensive, it can b little, a card, wildflowers ..a note that says I love u...so happy u did that for her! 🥰🥰🥰 she does deserve it..good job..my son likes Nacho Libre and I wasn't a fan it was ok cuz it had Jack Black, but he would watch it 3 on times, like what... but Jase, I think there's a couple things Phil wouldn't like lol)

Phil, I have been waiting for you to do something like this for Miss Kay for awhile. The reason she hoards is because something is lacking in her life. I know it can be hard if you are a quite person, and your spouse is a talker, have been there. When I started making time to listen to him, it changed thing's for the better, because human's by nature need interaction and to be heard, or they will resent you. You can skip anyone else's bday, but you took an oath with Kay, and honoring her is part of it. I have felt her pain when I hear her talk about the bad times, and she always makes a comment about her part in holding onto the marriage, but like she is still waiting for that recognition. I know she love's you, because she has everything taken care of for you, down to making sure you have money in your wallet, and the meals planned out. Sarah was the blessing in the house of Abraham, and the cloud of Shechinah disappeared when she died, and it didn't return until Rebecca walked into Sarah's tent, which is how Issac knew that Rebecca was the one. For Miss Kay to be that shocked, tells you how long she has felt appreciated. God bless all of you.

Love your description of the versatility of ducks. A jet, a boat, a submarine. Watching birds makes ballet dancers look sick. Check out subsistence living in Alaska. I say we have hunting and fishing down to a science. It's true. Pharmaceutical food, the commercial version. Thank you much, Phil.

I love that Phil is in hunting mode including cammo look..I love eating fowl. Not a lot of meat to them. Good thing there's lots of them. We can't survive on herbs alone. People survived on hunting and growing food. We need to go back to that. Phil you're making me hungry 😋 Same with fishing..I love fishing with my husband. I'm a pretty good trout fisher. I'll even clean it. It gives me pleasure to see how happy it makes my husband. That's why we're still together after 22 years.

People that hesitate or refuse to defend or profess Jesus in every day conversation with friends or acquaintances are afraid. They are not so much afraid of blow back or challenges, it's more that they have serious doubts about how to respond to it. They know why and what they believe, they may even be very confident of their own relationship with God, but they have extreme doubt that they can adequately relay that information to other people. They fear a question will be asked that may difficult to answer and then be unable to refer the person asking to a chapter and verse for the answer. This is why Phil's approach is so effective. His response by asking who else offers an escape from the bounds of this earth is simple, does not require a verse reference, and puts the onus back on the person who challenges his faith. It makes the person think about the answer to his question and if they have an interest, will investigate for themselves.
