I haven't gotten to this point where she talks about the tribal where she went home but after the way they showed her talking to Karishma, and how she talks about the game here- I hope that if she plays again (which I can totally see happening) she takes a "you catch more flies with honey not vinegar" approach. At least up to a few votes into the merge bc I think if she was nicer to Karishma, she would have voted with Missy + Elizabeth and a woman probably would have won this season.

Just admit you lost Missy, Tommy wasn't the winner because he was the statistical winner he outplayed you. You had opportunities to take him out and missed.

I respect Missy for choosing to do this. It shows maturity in accepting the mistake she made and moving on without fear of what a bunch of strangers think. It was very disappointing to hear that Elisabeth wouldn't come to the reunion show but Missy powered through. You go girl!

I'm glad y'all definitely ask the hard-hitting questions instead of the literal bulshit y'all talked about. Where is the discussion about what happened with Dan and her faking an accusation? I never watch the season but I finally did and I'm honestly upset.

Hate Her, She's so arrogant. Glad she was voted out after what she did to Kellee & Janet in the merge. And Notice that She doesn't even mention Dan and his creepy behavior, Not to mention the most disgusting incident in the history of survivor that she and Elizabeth participated. I assure you that she made them a condition that they wouldn't ask her about Dan and the nasty incident or she would not come.

Appreciated her cutthroat perspective on the game, and I think her edit showed the “real” Missy Byrd more than she wants to admit 🍵 BUT she definitely lost me saying she didn’t vote for Dean because he “hurt my feelings” exposing info she didn’t have 🙄 She returns for another season she definitely gets booted first similar to Cierra on Game Changers, everyone will know she plays too hard.

She's the female version of Boston Rob. I like her unapologetic approach to the game.

I never say anything bad.... but while I enjoyed her humor in the game, I pray she finds some humility as time goes on.

Thanks Alexa and Phil for bringing Missy. Missy did want to kill Elaine slowly and methodically :) I wonder if Lauren should've planned to take out Tommy much before final four, if she didn't know how to make fire. If players after Missy's boot had any strategy at all, they'd have figured out Tommy as the biggest threat to win and eliminated him, so I do not buy the white male winner statistics. But attractive white male stereotype becoming a threat, just like Parvati-type became a threat, would certainly add more fun to Survivor lol

I'm so disappointed you didn't even touched on a Dan/Kellee situation. Missy was one of my favourites (with Kellee and Jamal) until the merge. I needed a closure on a reunion, I didn't get it from her, I didn't get it here but I'm still glad to see her interview bcs I like her character. I'm also surprised Norah almost got like 2 votes at least, that would be so great. So sry for her FTC

I like Phil & Alexa's podcasts, But this was the most biased podcast interview ever in their entire podcast history. And i hate biased interviews. Even one hard question about Dan and the most disgusting incident in Survivor's history they didn't ask Missy. And completely ignored her disgraceful behavior towards Janet and Kellee. Not to mention the Damage they caused to the world MeToo movement and to women complaining of sexual harassment in general. And she even avoided mentioning Dan, Like he didn't attend in her season at all. And that's after all of her and Elizabeth Elaine and Lauren's licking his ass and Pretend like they were most comfortable with him and his creepy touchings, which, As we all saw and remember, They were demonstrate to each other and complaining about his creepy behavior behind his back long time before the merge episode.

She complained about not getting a free flight back to Fiji and contacted the airlines. Apparently there were know arrangements made to give the cast free plane tickets so she sent a tweet to the Survivor Reddit Twitter and Jeff. I doubt Jeff went “Guys we shouldn’t give the cast free tickets”. And the fact that she tagged the Reddit account shows she wanted attention.

I was a Missy fan to start, then the Dan thing happened and I was disappointed. But the interview had my head spinning. Loved the spilled tea, but oh my, this is not the Missy I seen on the show. Go ahead girl and have the self confident attitude but make it worth something.

Missy stole the show she threw a wrench into all their narratives and truly pulled back the curtains on what we all knew. A show that tries to manufacture a certain type of hero and she still shined through. Her and Aaron crushed in challenges. She outshined Ellaine, she stepped on the hero edit of Chelsea, and she destroyed all underdog themes. She was the perfect anti-hero. She played aggressive and smart. If Charishma wasn't such a baby whining about being different for like 3 episodes I think Missy could have gone further. Instead, we all end up with the milk toast winner Tommy we deserve lol The last 2 survivors have been trash. Even David vd Goliath which was a classic season (yeah I said it) we still ended up with the same guy the same archetype. It's mad lame and survivor has perfected the stepping on the scale and making sure we get this same ending. Hell, take away the pervy Dan shit and we actually have one of the most boring season of survivor endings ever!!
