Deconstruction is hard. I can't change that unfortunately... there is no silver bullet for it. But I have in my own journey and in helping thousands of others navigate the journey picked up some things along the way that make it a bit less hard. And honestly, I'd have taken any help I could get at the beginning.

Thank you very much. I am from Germany and I am glad to have found your podcast, because I made so similar experiences. In German there only are some few platforms for deconstruction, but it is developing. Thank you for your warm and differentiated kind of view. Thats realy grace in its very meaning. I like your way of looking back and finding some bad AND good, of seeing the people in church we love(d) and thinking of them with anger AND understanding, of enjoying the new freedom AND missing the old group and save thinking. There is much wisdom in your words.
