Michael Jackson probably can see this MAGNIFICENT production. It burst my pride in MJ as I am blown away at how these Philippine prisoners are so disciplined to be able to do this. I say every institution concerned and involved with rehabilitation. take a template of this nation. There would not be any prisons if everyone took heed of this correction prison/rehabilitation Centre. Congrats to all who participated. BRAVO!!!!

the three guys in front of the prisoners are Michael Jackson's dancers and one of the Blackman is the choreographer. spectacular dance I can watch it all day long and not get bored of it.

This must give the prisoners so much pride and confidence in themselves that has probably been missing in their lives, the governor has inspired these men to become better people through dance and music and it would be wonderful if other countries took up this practice, the dance was truly amazing!

Check Iwahig Prison in Palawan, Philippines. An open prison, prisoners are given a job to farm and do some work.

Not at all saying they don't deserve to be where they are, just that if it were available to all inmates I think it would cut down a great deal of the violence inside those walls.

AN LAKERSZ Me too!! I’m crying as well! This just makes my heart so happy that the Watson of this prison had the idea that dancing could help these men who had committed terrible crimes. We don’t know why some people do horrible, seemingly unforgivable acts. But ultimately we are all the same and always wished we could have a happy life and not suffer. Some who suffer break in their minds. Dancing has obviously helped them! ❤️🙏🏼

I did my internship in prison, one thing I know is....if anyone or anything decides to put you in jail.....that is equivalent death.....all your life come to a standstill all you do is wake up sit and sit and sit and sit and do nothing , all your ideas are buried with you , its like you have eyes but you cannot see ,you have ears but you can't listen , all you do is wait. This dance jas helped to burn time and speed up their jail time .

AN LAKERSZ and it helps their brains produce endorphins in the most natural way without drugs. It helps them learn community and cooperation, teamwork and being a part of a group (a positive one, not like gangs). They learn to support each other and help them not fall into utter despair. If you commit a crime, you must pay the penalty. But now this prison has no more problems with gangs fighting, inmates are participating in other things offered and I believe that there can be hope for the futures of some of these men. Hope is a powerful motivator.

Yes.they were MJ choreographers.they spent their time teaching them all the steps because they were inspired by the inmates dance "thriller".

I was watching a KZfaq vid documentary about these prisoners. It use to be a really bad place to go to. There were plenty of the usual hardcore prison stuff, such as; Gangs, Fights, Rapes and Murders. It was not a place that one didn't want to enter. Then they sent in this New Warden, who had absolutely NO experience in his new job. So, for some reason, the warden came up with idea of dancing prisoners. I mean WTF?? Who in a million years would ever think of dancing prisoners. He found this lady choreographer and then the long job of teaching them to dance and work as unit really brought everyone together. > After their first dance, the whole attitude of the prisoners changed towards one another and how they behaved. They were so excited about dancing and would even practice with one another on down time. It was like it got their minds to focus on something different than themselves and their situation. > Now this once hardcore prison is one of the safest prisons in the world. Despite all their difference, they all now had a Common Goal they could share. And you can see it on their faces that they take a Great deal of Pride in their dance routines and take Pride in themselves. This Warden has really changed the lives of these prisoners and for the better. Can you imagine if a Warden, in the USA, coming up with an idea like this? They would think him CRAZY and also think, "Time for a New Warden."

Because U.S there is a lot of Evil in not wanting people to really grow, be free, heal etc. They too busy counting each prisoner with dollar signs in their eyes "PRISON STOCKS"

@@maayongaga729 I was truly amazed watching a video about the prison that was a Prison Farm. One of the biggest takeaways of this video was how this prison is built to create such a powerful Positive Environment. It was not built on the Premise that each prisoner MUST be physically & mentally tortured to teach them a "Lesson". It apparently was made to teach them how to live in Society with skills to work and live as a productive member in it, without resorting to their previous methods of stealing and hurting others to get what they want.
