+JM Zunega ...WELL, BROTHER, I'M GLAD TO LEARN ABOUT YOUR REALIZATION, YOUR APPRECIATION ON OUR PEOPLE, OUR KALINGA-BALANGAW HERITAGE... ;)

+clemente miranda Do not comment on me on this please! You are advertising your Kalinga Balangaw heritage to me.
@NatureConfusesMe8 жыл бұрын
+clemente miranda You said that our people, YOU ARE VERY WRONG! That is your people and your belongingness, but you are claiming that you are a Partial Kalinga Mestizo.

+JM Zunega ...I MUST APOLOGIZE WITH MY UTMOST SINCERITY FOR HAVING OFFENDED YOU, I DID NOT ANTICIPATE YOU WOULD COUNTER REJECT OUR HERITAGE WITH SO MUCH PASSION, WOW, I AM SHOCK IN DISBELIEF.

+JM Zunega ...YES, THAT IS VERY TRUE....WE SHOULD BE PROUD OF OUR HERITAGE, THERE'S NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED OF.

Ladies dress are similar to kabui naga tribe of India, gents dress are similar to kukis however dance movement seems to copy from the stone using immigrants of prehistoric indonesia & influence from neighbouring thai culture
@rongmeilive6664 жыл бұрын
South East Asian people are the most diverse ethnic groups in the world. This is because of various intermarriage and intermingling between different tribes visiting the region based on wave of migration. The nagas, khasis and kukis of Indian tribes once settled down in Indonesian island, java, Sumatra, phillipines and influenced the native culture. The Bontoc culture of head hunting was influenced from the Nagas. The khasi tribe is also Austronesian people who settled down in Indonesian island before their migration to northern Burma and north east India.
@rongmeilive6664 жыл бұрын
@Northerner Highlander khasis are also Austronesian who were migrated from South East Asia. Nagas belong to tibeto Burmese group who were descended from Yunnan China, migrated further down till Indonesian archipelago and then return back to Burma and north east India. It was the waves of migration that determine the most diversity of South East Asian tribes. I don't object to your claim about the Austronesian origin from Taiwan and China. I just wanted to project that we were also part of the people who once lived and influence almost all parts of South East Asian region. As a result, almost all the ethnic tribes of South East Asian are, one way or the other, related to each other. The folklore stories about people coming out from stone caves, marriage with pythons and head hunting practice are almost the same for many ethnic tribes of South East Asian. We were the builders of stone walls and mega monolithic structures. We built huge megaliths wherever we migrate. I don't deny your ancestry or aboriginal origins. I just wanted to project that south east Asian people were connected and influenced each other in the ancient past. You may refer to the book " The megalithic culture of South East Asia" written by W J Perry. It is a well researched book written hundred years ago in Indonesia.

Next cultural exploitation after Panagbenga?
@cookiemurph8532 Жыл бұрын
Highlighting the rich culture & immersing young generations for continues preservation/awareness!? & you are telling it is exploitation? Maybe Panagbenga in someway is the one that is being exploited, probably by stupid ignorant lowlanders who have nothing to show of...
