I think it's a very good idea to go for the 75 for the 55 ins Samsung carved tv that's what I am going for Mine.

I waited 3 months a still couldn't find 75 inch for my T.V. so I had to make due with a light strip at the top and table lamps for the sides and small portable for the lower sides. Don't give up just try to improvise, It's worth it. I have a few examples, take a look😉

Hi, a larger size light strip will work in principle, however the light position will actually be out of position with the correct lighting position. Philip released an official video warning of this.

If i have a soundbar connected to arc. And the syncbox connected to hdmi 1 Would my soundbar still work in conjunction with the lights?

If you get the 75 in for a 65in tv won’t you need two more of those plastic clips to bend the light strip around the bottom? Or does the 75 come with 4?

Quick question for you: We also have a Sonos sound bar (Sonos ARC), which we use for the TV output and for playing music directly via Alexa and / or via the Sonos app. Do you know if it would be possible to use the HDMI synch box for both the TV video synching and for music synching when playing directly out of the soundbar? Don't know if my question makes sense. But we have one HDMI input into the TV (coming from a switchbox), which would be easy to connect to the Hue Synch box. It sounds like it will be fine to put the Hue Synch box between the HDMI input and the TV. What I am curious about is whether we can synch the lightstrip with music coming out of the soundbar (e.g., when playing music via the Sonos App) when the TV is not turned on? Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the Sonos Arc soundbar has an HDMI out port (just an "in" port to receive output from the TV). I guess an alternative setup would be to play the music through the TV via the HDMI cable to the soundbar and use the soundbar purely as an output speaker. Thank you!

What about the sound bar? We use eARC HDMI. Not sure the arc would work through the LED lights as a bridge

The micro USB port is for use on a smart TVs so of/whe you turn the TV off the USB port then sends a signal to the sync box to turn it off and off automatically

Does it work with just using the smart tv part of the tv? I dont have any boxes to hook up to the sync box

Does this work with native TV apps? Or does it only mimic what's on screen from sources that are plugged into the sync box via hdmi?

Hi, Can this light strip be cut to size if I want to have it for a really smaller TV?

Sad doesn't work with native video apps. For people with modern Smart Tv's this is almost useless unless you change all of your setting to a chromecast or something like that, so we need to buy the Govee kit. And for the price, the Lytmi Neo is a way better option.

How do you control which of the inputs on the sync box should be active? For example if I have a PS5 connected to HDMI 1 and a Nintendo Switch on HDMI 2, how do I change between them? The sync box itself is only connected to one HDMI port on the TV. And how does the input channels look like on the TV?

Can anyone help please: The only way I could get the lights to work was to have my sky box connecting into the sync box with an HDMI cable, then another HDMI cable from the sync box to the TV. I have the gradient light strip and 2 play light bars. This is causing problems with my sky and e-arc soundbar settings. Is there a better way to install my Philips lighting? Thanks
