Huh, you dont have the power adapter etc.? Sounds like somethings missing. Have you tried to get in touch with Philips?

This shaver is a dud! Fully charged it runs like the battery is Dead. No horsepower whatsoever. What I do wish? That I didn't buy it.

I kinda agree with you. It does its job in the end but it can be quite tedious. Hopefully you can return it still?!

You shouldn't give up. Return it. In the UK there is a 100 day money back guarantee. It takes practice and minimum 2 weeks to get used it. My first experience years ago was terrible but I'm going to buy one and try it.
