In this video, I am going to fix an issue in a record player. This record player or turntable plays in a slow speed. After investigating, I came to know that the rubber pully was vey old and got hardened and hence I have replaced with a new one.

I need to replace the motor for this record player, can someone tell me is it possible to remove the speed variation spindle that sits on top of motor spindle. I can then replace the motor and fit the speed variation spindle on top of new motor.

I would suggest to find a full replacement assembly of motor and change.

You need a stereo cartridge. And related preamp board to convert it to stereo.

If you want to convert Mono record player to stereo, you need Stereo cartridge and suitable Preamp board. To change in the record player. If not buy a preamp, connect your stereo cartridge output to preamp so that you can further connect to amp

I don't understand what you want to do. First of all what record player or turntable you have? Check what is supported in that. You can buy cartridge according to that
