Audio is much better with this one than the last. There does seem to be tendency to play backing/music tracks at a higher level than voice tracks (not just you, lots of video productions do it). The music/backing should just be a filler, not a concert (IMO). I don't watch for the music, I watch for your content - which is great.

I’ve never really sat down and watched your videos but I’ve seen you around a lot of competitions and gunwerks videos. It’s pretty funny to watch you shoot, you got a serious Marine vibe. I heard you talk about your background, but it just cracks me up cuz you do a lot of minute grunt mannerisms. Keep up the good shooting

Love the content. Much better audio levels. I can't wait to see how this all shakes out. I'm waiting on a new barrel for my .308. I just ordered it last night. It's not the best but it is what I can afford. It's a 24 inch Mcgowan 11 twist "7 contour ( .875 at the muzzle) Now I just need my ECTuner brake and this build is finished. Looking forward to posting load dev videos.

Late to the party here but as I've been watching these videos, I realize that Phil's been shooting with both eyes open. I'm left handed (or so I thought, more on that later) so I try and do that with my right eye open in addition to my left eye on scope. Lo and behold, I can't see anything cause my vision is just everything out of my scope. Try shooting right handed, it works, the positional shooting is far more natural with my face, and I can see clearer. Long story short, I can see/shoot better right handed and I've been living a lie.

I think I am ‘ that guy’ that’s out there and just getting into it. Long story short I lost my guns to a house fire, before I could replace them I broke my back … years later I am working my way towards it and my daughter gets sick and years of fighting back she is no longer with us. She left behind 2 young children that are now mine and I am learning again and trying to teach my 10 yr old son how to shoot hunt read maps and compass and well everything! I bought the same gun and I am building a long range hunting… maybe shooting too! I am working on forest fire and not able to get home and unbox it yet …. But watching you… I need to buy more crap lol

Very thoughtful vlog and analysis. I will be curious as to the reasons for the KRG chassis implementation. If the stock Tikka T3 is acceptable and functional, then why the chassis change? It seems that performance is quite good. So I am forced to wonder if the new chassis provides additional ease of use when competing in PRS, or hunting, or what? I took a Bergara b!4 Hunter and replaced the stock with an MPA ES chassis as I simply did not like the feel of the 'plastic' stock. I might have considered wood but, to be honest, I just wanted to look like one of the cool kids (yes, I have some vanity). Since I have zero experience competing, I have no legitimate basis for my decision.

Try rotating the tripod so that that one leg is closest to you. That will reduce the tripod raising off forward leg.

Keep it up buddy there’s a lot of people out there me included want to know how our hunting rifle can shooooot better. Not that we go PRS but on our farm we site in at 100 or 200. Now I know to site in at 100 meters. Next what is the best distance to gather info. 300, 400,500 ie don’t have a chronograph. Rifle 30-06 but I hand load. Any information would be great full. Regards Andy from Australia cheers.

Less cinematic is better. We're not here to be entertained, we're here for the info you share, your insight and your personality. A tight, crisp 12-15min video with less cinematography is better than a 22 minute video with low-value pretty transitions, dramatic music and uninformative video. Not intending to be nasty, just my opinion.
