Why do all those adjustments need to have knobs? Are you really going to adjust anything once you find the perfect position for everything?

Appreciate you making this video. I admit that I was one of those individuals you called out when you were talking about not bridging the rifle, and only squeezing the rear bag to get my POA. Now I have something to practice on and make my corrections.

I would love to see more videos on learning to shoot. Like a zero to hero series. I am a new shooter and am learning by myself. I am having a hard time finding a good series on how to shoot. My rifle is a Howa 1500 with an MDT stock. I reall'y don't know what I am doing but if I get 2 moa at 100 yards I had a good day. I really want to get this down to 1moa max reliably as I would like to be able to hunt up to 300 yards with confidence. Many of the issues such as barrel hopping up and to the left are some of the issues I have and after watching this I realised I am putting 2 much weight on the bag. Thanks for teaching my something new today. I will try to put this into practice my next day at the range.

Now that im finally healed up enough after my full ankle rebuild, im going to start my training to get back to shooting in matches with this drill. Im a bit crippled anyhow, so ive had to adapt to it, but i still try to push to do things right. If i can manage to buy the land im looking at, maybe ill get to shoot with ya at a match someday

110%!!! Don't rely on the bag for stability! But for the love of god, don't let that left hand just sit there and do nothing. Rest it in your right elbow or low on your right bicep, just giving the butt something to rest on so you're not forcing the butt deep into your shoulder for stability. Firm connection, absolutely. Deep into the shoulder for stability? No.

I got to put part1 and this vid in to practice today at the range. I purposely didn’t use my protektor model or game changer bags. It was the first time shooting this specific rifle where my poa did not shift and I didn’t have to do anything to be back on target. The amount of joy felt was uncanny. Thank you Phil!! Regardless, I still want to get out and take one of your precision courses sometime

Often people learn best from *seeing* what not to do, not just being *told* what not to do. At 16:40 you do just that, and that is absolutely the best part of the video for me from a teaching perspective. This video could be called, “The Breath is the Tell.” The tell being the giveaway in poker. Easily the best video I’ve seen on this subject.
