Cheesy, Creamy, Soul food style macaroni and cheese at it’s best. Elbow macaroni is boiled, then dumped in a smooth delicious 3 cheese cheese sauce, and baked until the cheese is nice and crispy on top. Mac n cheese is probably most people’s favorite soul food dish. I make it so many different ways but this way is probably my favorite way to make it.

I used this recipe but changed it up a little bit. I used the same cheeses plus added some gouda and Velveeta a few shakes of lawrys. Your method with getting cheese in every bit is amazing.

I don't know about the sugar but last time I made mac n cheese I used cream cheese and I must say it was the BOMB!!!! I know some people may think you may taste the cream cheese but it does nothing but makes it more creamy. Trust me you can't go wrong with cream cheese.

I never used cream cheese but i have used sour cream and it did make it creamy and good so i think that cream cheese would do the same for it
