depends where he's being shot if it's the upper hull it will most likely bounce as the is3s as the upper hull is angled but the lower hull aint

Only ever take 2 tanks out. They give u the option to take more so u spend more time in game but lose more money. Which makes making a positive balance by the end of the game impossible with how s*it the SL is now

tbh. spawn in golf cart with good gun ( m18, puma, m41, all left side of american tree lol,) go near the objective sit kill wait for death then spawn in heavy or medium tanks. and repeat. ohhhhh and spot with recon tanks like m18

@@Rebel_Reign1 when I was seven he'd plant rabbit/fox traps (like half size bear traps, l guess) around his backyard and give me a half length broomstick to go "find" em. Between that and the 0.75 litre (25.361 units of liberty juice) glass bottles of homebrewed beer that I'd cap for him exploding in my hand or causing a chain reaction of spolosions in the cupboard (and him busting outta the shitter naked from the waist down and a bayonet waving about in a blur... F_ck knows how i made it to even double figures in age, tbh!

Phly's comment about it being better to have hope set the "When faced with complete and unavoidable annihilation" line dinging about my skull like a windows screen saver! I now have a 5 y/o grandson but my daughter would f_cking drop a half brick in her handbag and give me a "vigorous facial massage" with it if I even mentioned fox traps! I'm still in the doghouse for coating nerf dart tips in napalm and me n the kiddo shooting them at a pinata!

Yes to sound change in options as mentioned above! Also invest in a set of headphones. I can't tell where planes are when I don't usr my headphones but with them on I can turn straight to where the sound is.

I remember when i play 5.7-6.0 There was one game when the german vs Soviet the whole Soviet team use IS-2 and proceed to massacre my team in 10 minute. The Soviet has no losses on their team whatsoever

@@mikailvito7200 in terms of armor is-3 is better but t-54 has slightly worse protection that is more evenly distributed so it survives stuff better than is3

Phlee, don't forget the IS-3's frontal armour was designed for deflecting shots coming directly from the front, angling makes it less effective!

Man I hated this Tank forever along with the IS-4 back then :D it was a huge suffering and was glad to get rid of it. It's to slow, every freaking HEAT round got through, if one crew member is killed this Tank becomes completely useless, the reload is just horrific.

I think 76mm Jumbo and T20 facing IS-3 is one of the most outrageous uptiers. Short of getting a shot straight from the side, at close range, behind the track wheels said tanks can kill the IS-3. From the front and even with little bit of angling making bad angles IS-3 is impossible to pen with that 76mm gun. Of course you can break tracks or gun barrel but that's with every tank.

games when you play the objective is the best ones. It took one missile platform, 3 tanks and an airplane to kill me in the Swedish STRV 101. Just amazing. Last week me and 5 remaining teammates had the best teamwork i've ever seen in Warthunder. Just all fun!

And that's only for 6.3 and 6.7 which it faces in downtiers.... not even sure i got all of em I just can't take putting the IS3 on a pedestal for it's armour seriously anymore Above that you get stuff like BMPs, the new german IFV with milans etc etc Anyway the point has been made i believe

This works even better with french auto loaders holding down points. The point reloads ammo directly into the auto loader so you always will have a short reload.
