Wow that looks like it’s not too bad the thing is that I bought the unit six months ago with CarPlay automatically built in and not yet to been able to get it to work it says it Hass to be authorized can’t seem to get it done

You don’t need to have the hotspot on your iPhone. ZLINK handshakes through Bluetooth and then ZLINK creates a hotspot on the head unit and the iPhone connects to it automatically. But Bluetooth does need to be on. The reason it wasn’t working was because you had the hotspot on the iPhone on and it takes a few minutes to time out

(by the way i have both Android [work] and iPhone [personal]) Do i need any of the options above if the radio comes with MirrorLink? What is MirrorLink?

It will only come on if hook up to the USB port directly on the back of the unit
