SpookyScary that's how my mother is, I know that I stay on my phone for hours and hours, but her? She never had time for me because she was too busy being on her phone (and doing drugs, oops exposed my own mother ayyy) so that's why I moved in with my dad. I've gotten so distant from her, my abusive grandmother said that she cried for "2 days" because of me and she also blamed me for everything and said I ruined my mother's life, but I literally cried for like 3 weeks so tf is up lmao

@Lizzie Allen Firstly either you are lying, ignorant or choosing to misinterpret the data. The data shows that cell phones might have a negative Impact on social ability. There still is no conclusive data saying that its true. Its a possibility not a fact. The only proven negative impact that phones can have is disturbance in sleep schedules and other sleep related things. Also your argument that overexposure to something warrants banning it is quite possibly the dumbest thing ive ever heard. Too much water is deadly. Too many apples can kill you. Over exposure to oxygen can kill you. Over exposure to litteraly anything can kill you. Thats why you do things in moderation. I guess we should ban food because it can kill people. Lets ban water too. Lets ban everything.

Why do parents care so much about their teen on their phone? like there is literally NOTHING to do, and then parents give every excuse to ground you. "go play outsde" like bruh smh, they always be taking your phone overnight and not giving it back until late the next day. Just because they didnt grow up with it, doesn't mean they have to ruin it for us.

I spent 2 hours a day on my phone and my mom says I'm addicted while most of kids spent more than 5 hours a day on it💀

You aren't addict and you follow the limit. I have done the research a thousand times . More than 4hrs is considered a screen addiction.Tgat is only applying if you over 8 yrs or older. Younger you have less .

I love when I walk to my driveway and a car will go by with the "driver" which just happened to life their "phone" in a 1.5 second time window as I looked up ! it's happened too many times to count. If you're paying attention this far (which I doubt) think about the timing of what I just wrote.... it means we're constantly sucking on our pacifier.
