The tall thin blocks of flats/apartments reminded me of the classic film 'The Day of the Jackal' with Edward Fox, brilliant film. Thank you a lovely video.

Paris is one of my favourite cities. When I was there, I used a 35mm shiftable lens (Nikkor 35mm f2.8 pc) and enjoyed it a lot.

Great images. I was there with my wife in October and took my EM10 mk iv and used my 25mm 1.8.

Stunning,amazing and, as always, truly inspirational 👏. Mrs Roberts must have the patience of a Saint. A question, if I may? Do you ever "switch off" from being a photographer, especially on holiday and just take " snaps" without worrying about light, composition etc. ? I'm always fascinated by photographers having time off. Thanks for all the vlogs.

Hi Greg, I didn't catch the name of the area on the hill with the cobbled streets. Surprisingly I preferred the B&W from the digital camera. The film looked too ghostly.

Film photography is becoming very exclusive these days due to increasing prices, isn't it.

I would clearly recommend everyone to go to the top viewing deck of the Montparnasse tower at sunset (when the weather is good) because the view is breathtaking and this is a friendly spot for photographers (you can use a tripod)

Don’t you set out to aid and advise photographers - advice on this, advice on that? I ask a fairly straightforward question and the answer I get is at best dismissive. Really??
