Thanks! I'm afraid I don't use Photoshop any more (I switched to Krita, which is free) so I don't do Photoshop Tutorials any more. I'm very sorry, but an easy wasy to combine grass and sand textures would be: 1.) Put the Grass layer above the Sand layer. 2.) Add a Layer Mask to the Grass layer. 3.) Click the Layer Mask icon on the Grass layer, and use a black brush to paint away the areas that you want to show the Dirt layer below. When a layer has a mask, the white areas of the mask show the layer's contents, and the black areas hide them. You can use differently shaped brushes to paint black areas on the mask too :) Hope that helped!
