INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Marination 👇🏽
yogurt 1\2 cup
milk 1/4 cup
3/4 tbl spoon chilly powder
3/4 tbl spoon salt
garlic and onion paste 1 tbl spoon
oregano 1/4 teaspoon
apple cider vinegar or regular vinegar 1/2 tbl spoon
chicken 1 t 2 kg
flour for dusting
2 cups maida
1 cup corn flour
3/4 tbl spoon salt
oregano 1/4 teaspoon
pepper corn 1 tbl spoon freshly grinded
egg 1 nos
milk 1 cup
oil enough to fry
COLESLOW:
cabbage 400 gms (shredded)
carrot 2 nos (julienne cut)
onion 2 nos
home made mayonnaise 1 cup
yogurt 1/2 cup
1/2 tbl spoon vinegar
sugar 1 tbl spoon
salt to taste
back pepper to taste
1/2 cup milk

Sushmita from Dubai - I tied this recipe ,,, it was so yummmm , but the outer portion didn't came flaky like u made it came as normal... can i add some cornflakes to the last marination so that it will be flaky ? also please suggest a brand for sharp knife

You could use it but sometimes when you the corn flakes the outer part get burned and inside undercooked but if you can control the flames you might be able to make it perfect

Ginger garlic powder is the best choice but you can use the paste too if you don’t have powder thermometer is good to check the internal temperature and it helps you to know if the meat is cooked properly

നിങൾ description boxil ginger onion paste ഇട്ടില്ലായിരുന്ന്. ഞാൻ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടതിനു ശേഷം description നോക്കി ആണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കിയത്. പിന്നെ രണ്ടാമത് കണ്ടപ്പോ ആണ് ginger orma വന്നത്. Last ginger ചതച്ച് നീരടുത്ത് മിക്സ് ആക്കി വെച്ച ചിക്കനിൽ ഒഴിച്ച് കുഴച്ച് വെച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കീട്ട് അഭിപ്രായം പറയാം❤️👍🏾

Ok the ginger part I was supposed to say garlic it’s garlic and onion paste and even you put bit ginger it will be fine and let me know once you make it
