Sir, I had my olecranon fracture on 19 June and surgery done on 21st june so the process used under my hand is 2 K -wire and a tension binding wire. So please suggest me when should I take out these K- wires and TBW. I will be thankful to you your response 🙏

Hello respected sir I am 19 years old I fractured my humerus shaft 9 months ago and got intramedullary rod and screw fixation to help it heal and now according to the xrays it has almost healed completely so i would like to know if it is necessary to get the hardware removed if I want to do heavy weightlifting of like 120 kgs after a period of 1 year of complete healing will it cause any complication while doing this type of heavy weightlifting or I will be able to do every movement and even heavy workouts with the rod and screws still inside without any problem

Hi doctor, I was in a bike accident 10 months ago and had a humerus fracture (lateral) and went for a surgery for plate (steel plate) and 6 screws, there was pain and discomfort till 5 months and started physiotherapy after that according to doctor’s suggestion, there was sight gap visible even after 6 months of surgery and one day during physiotherapy I lost all mobility and broke the plate during 7th month. Had another surgery to replace the plate (now titanium) and 8 screws in humerus, and bone graft from hip bone. It’s been close to 3 months and in recent X-ray it was showing signs of healing in 3 sides but on 1 side it shows a slight gap and still shows that bone graft is still slightly intact, doctor told me to wait for 1 month. What are ur suggestions doctor and should I be worried about non-union, I am afraid for even doing physio! I am 23 years old male

I had an implant in my right tibia bone due to complete fracture. It was inside for more than 3 years. I insisted my Dr to remove because there were 3 reasons. 1: If I would stand or walk for longer period of time it would pain alot. 2: During winter season the Implant would get cold inside and I could feel the cold implant inside my leg with severe pain. 3: Till the time the implant was inside my leg I would feel one leg heavier and I used to get a feeling that the part of my leg is not a part of my body. And I would get a feeling of cutting my leg from knee down. Thank you Sir for explaining in detail 🙏.

You can Consider Doing plate removal once the fracture has healed well .. although one can keep good quality titanium plates as well .. when you do MRI/ CT then special software’s are needed for them due to metallic implants. Hi Dr. Pankaj I had ORIF for mid shaft humerus complex fracture using ss plate and screws . It's been 6 years I had surgery, physio dint go well and I've never had the confidence to even do pushups confidently. Sir Mera Sep 2019 mein Ulana & radis ka operation hua tha. Uske bad muje ulnar or radil nerve ki problem aa gai thi . But abhi mein bilkul thik hu. Sir kya muje implant remove k bad ular or radil nerve ki problem dobara phase to ni krni padegi? Sir pls reply krna

Sir I have Intertrochantric fracture in right leg and implant is inserted and 1 year completed .Now I am fully recovery and not able to fast walk and run .Can I run in coming days?

Hello sir, how are you? Sir last june 2023 broken my proximal humaras ( right hand) after surgery everything was good but after few dayes i face infection in stitch area, my doctor give me antibiotics but not worked, than give me injection 7 days after 6 hours, but not working, still infection is running, every day need to dressing, at last my doctor said me for remove orif philos plate next month, please sir give me some suggestion.
