Hello .. it depends from patient to patient .. most of our patients can do it very comfortably at 4 weeks of surgery .. please remember that you need to check with your surgeon if that’s allowed for you or not. Generally bone becomes strong enough in 2-3 months although the holes may remain visible on X-rays for a long time, sometimes a year also but you don’t need to worry about it
