That secret fried chili/garlic/star anise and other secret ingredients are a game changer for me. I wished I could get that here in a 1 gallon jar.

So good! I have tried to make it at home but it’s never as good. I do use a lot of the lao gan ma crispy chilli though

The fish Maw soup is always good with Prig Nam Som, Joe. BTW, you said the word SOM perfectly, where the tone is raised higher. Gary says it with the tone lower, which had me chuckle all the time. 😂

Was doing this 4 weeks ago and absolutely loved Phuket Old Town and the night market. Unfortunately we didn't try a lot of the food as we ended up doing a lot of our Christmas shopping, I wish I had tried the dumb especially. Maybe you should hire Jenny full time.
