The FLI is a biomechanics for birth technique which can be birth-changing, including for cases where a mum is fully dilated, but the baby isn't moving down. It is a strange position though! If you've tried it during pregnancy, you're likely to feel much more comfortable using in during labour, through contractions. It's an amazing tool to have if you need it.
Chiropractic in pregnancy can also support pelvic balance, especially if the practitioner is trained in the Webster Technique.

Hi Tessa how many times are we suppose to do it in a day ?? Can I repeat this 2-3 times in a row in one go ??? 30 weeks pregnant frank breech baby

It can look a bit daunting so definitely worth trying in pregnancy rather than for the first time in labour! We’ll do it in the masterclass too. Did you subscribe too?

Doctor said c-section but i want vaginal birth how many times do this method tessa help me

How many weeks along do you recommend starting doing this? I am 29 weeks with no complications but I’m not sure if this can trigger labor early if I do it too early or too often?

I’ve never heard of it triggering labour. Spinning babies say you can do it daily through 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Unless there’s a specific issue, twice a week feels enough to me if you’re active in other ways. Eg doing pregnancy yoga. Best wishes. Hello. I would do the video on the side lying release first, both sides, then this technique. If you have a nap in the day, do the exercises before then. Then a second time before bed. You can do this each day.

I would do the side-lying release video first, followed by this one before a nap or going to bed. Stay with her the first time she does it so she feels reassured getting in and out of the position. I would also do my video for breech and transverse babies at another time in the day. You can repeat the videos daily until you hear the baby has turned. Best wishes!
